In 2015, my life took a radical turn for the worse. I was diagnosed with a mental health illness, put on anti-depressants and resigned from a high paying teaching role, in a career I carefully cultivated for over 10 years.
I found fitness as a positive and natural alternative to manage my mental health, refusing to rely on medication which made me feel worse without a long term benefit. Through fitness I found a way to create my Ultimate Self, simultaneously improving my relationships and every aspect of my life.
I discovered a new passion in fitness and coaching, becoming determined to help others overcome challenges, realise their potential and transform their lives.
