Mental Fitness Bootcamp, combines the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework with my unique B.O.U.N.C.C.E Fwd framework.

I will  show women how to build healthy and strong mindsets and uplevel their confidence and resilience skills.

To be, do and have all that they desire.

If you’re not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill.

Mental Fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles  (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry. 

Your sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action. 

The relative strength of your positive Sage versus negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient). 

PQ is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform to your potential.

This Mental Fitness Bootcamp gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to intercept saboteur thoughts and handle them with a positive, calm mind.

 

This program combines weekly video sessions with just 15 minutes per day of daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles.

 

Over the course of this bootcamp you will:

 

👍 Identify exactly what causes you to feel stress and other negative emotions.

👍 Learn how to intercept those negative thinking patterns so that you can stay calm, clear, and focused, even in difficult situations or working with difficult people.
