My bodybuilding journey began in 2015 when I was diagnosed with a mental health illness. I was advised by the doctor to use fitness to manage my health. I took it one (a few) steps further, I went to the gym. I was finding it difficult to maintain my attendance, this led me to set a goal to compete in the UKBFF National Championships. Bodybuilding not only helped me to regain my confidence and self-esteem, by enabling me to overcome many fears and negative chitter-chatter from myself and others around me. At times I would feel as though I wanted to give up when I was constantly hearing "Oh, don't get too big", "What man would want her now she looks like this?" and "Does she think she is the Naomi Campbell of bodybuilding, strutting herself on the stage"? Now, the latter one is actually what fuels me on stage, as I would think to myself prior to walking on stage "How would Noami walk on this stage and own it?". 

My bodybuilding journey inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. I was then encouraged to combine my teaching qualifications and lived experience of being diagnosed with a mental health illness, to setup Focus On Creating Your Ultimate Self CIC and the Youth Fitness Mentoring Programming. Both Educate and empower young people about the benefits and importance of physical and mental health.


A believer and strong advocate, in how fitness helped to shape my improved lifestyle, I created F.O.C.U.S Workouts to help women to achieve the one body and mind connection. 

I have started to develop simple home workout videos, as research suggests that fitness & health is one of the top new year resolutions. However,  not everyone can make it to the gym,  wants to go to the gym or has the 'right' equipment. These videos require NO GYM,  NO EQUIPMENT and a SMALL AMOUNT OF SPACE. 

My online PT packages are available on request in addition to any of the F.O.C.U.S Coaching packages, I will help you get moving, energised and knowing your body. Physical activity continues to prove as a way to help strengthen mental health and individual wellbeing overall.
