Youth Wellbeing Mentor

Andrea has created this role from combining her 15 years of teaching experience, mental ill health lived experience, life coaching , resilience practitioner skills and athletes mindset from being

a British Champion Bodybuilder.


As a Youth Wellbeing Mentor, Andrea enjoys working with young people to support them to succeed, to make positive decisions and  to improve their health and wellbeing choices.  She educates and empowers the young people with practical tools to progress in life.

The Young People I work with could be experiencing one or more of the following: 

  • Low self-esteem 

  • Behavioural issues

  • Poor attendance

  • A history of exclusion

  • Disengagement from school

  • Engagement in risky behaviour

  • Pupil Premium

  • Looked after children (LAC)

The Programme will incorporate The B.O.U.N.C.C.E™ Forward Method

The B.O.U.N.C.C.E™ Forward Method is a unique 7 step method created by Andrea. 

The aim is for each person to acquire the tools to build their own resilience so they can achieve their next level of excellence in life, so they can be, do and have all that they desire.
